DO NOT BUY HERE. Purchased a used 2018 Lincoln MKC from this dealership. We drove from Redding CA (4 hours away) to pick this up and when we arrived the battery was completely dead and it took another hour before we could even get the car started. We proceeded with the deal and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then the radio would not work AT ALL. We re-set it MULTIPLE times and after being guaranteed the warranty would cover any work that it might need to fix the radio AND that the work could be done at the Redding Lithia to save us another 8 hours of driving, we went ahead and completed the purchase. Lithia Hyundai of Reno has now given us two options: drive to Reno twice to get the radio fixed at no cost (one trip there to drop off, one trip to pick back up plus time off of work) or pay a $200 dollar deductible to have the work done here in Redding. This car was sold to us with the radio being a KNOWN PROBLEM with a guarantee to fix it FREE OF CHARGE. We have also had to rent a car twice for the dealerships to try to fix it with no results. This has become a very expensive "warranty guarantee" and I will NEVER recommend purchasing from this Lithia to anyone. More

I had a disappointing experience. I had a serious issue with the tire blowing up a month ago on the freeway as I was travelling 65-70 mph. Thank god, I was safely able to get to a triangle safety zone with no cars behind me. Highway patrol had to tow me to the nearest shoulder. Thereafter, I was not pleased that I had to shell out $$ for a brand new car. First I was asked to contact customer service, and customer service stated that the rim is covered with warranty and only the tire was not covered and provided me the Pirelli contact details. I called Pirelli and they asked me to have your service manager forward the tire remains via your supplier to them, so they will evaluate and reimburse. I stated this to the Lithia service manager and also provide case numbers with Hyundai Customer service and case number with Pirelli. Unfortunately the service advisor was stating the contrary with Hyundai customer service, and using "outside influence" etc.. that was unneeded. The car was then supposed to be fixed and provided Monday (dropped off on Wedneday evening), and it was a provided a week later, and I had to check up on the status constantly. No loaner was provided. I also spoke to the service manager and asked for a price break due to the circumstances and he said he would get back to me. NO call back and I reminded the service advisor about the same. No call to date, really disappointed with this experience and regret this experience overall. Not sure why I would need to call so many folks and obtain contrary advice. Dropped a note to Lithia as well, and also escalated on service line. More
Service was performed and when I brought up an issue with my car that a scrape damage occurred to my car while in their possession. If he did not know an answer to my questions, he would find take the time to find someone or somewhere to help me. Lance always gave me superior service always explaining what and why I needed the servicing he recommended. . I always knew I could trust him and that my vehicle would take my grandchildren and great grandchildren safely on our vacations. Many kudos to Lance and this dealership. More

Went in for recall work. Wanted to charge me $750 for front breaks and rotors while I was there. It took me 1 1/2 hours to do it myself without special tools or a ship lift. Wanted to charge me $750 for front breaks and rotors while I was there. It took me 1 1/2 hours to do it myself without special tools or a ship lift. That puts the shop hours at under an hour for a certified mechanic. I’d literally never pay to have work done there. Not with those shop rates. More
