The dealership is pretty good. Their finance department had tried everything they can to help me in a dire situation. And they were very creative in their problem solving skills. But I came in to have my 2016 Ram 1500 fixed, which I purchased from them. The repair needed was a suspension issue. Which had previously failed twice before. This time I had my family in the truck and it could of ended disastrously. So when I brought the truck in. I checked in with Lance. He was initially warm, but it quickly changed after i pointed out my issues and why I was there. I asked him to take a look and see why this issue keeps happening. And then I asked for a loaner. As this was our only families vehicle. I love in south lake tahoe, so this entire ordeal had taken 2 days to get the truck there. And a day off work. I explained to Lance, that I need a vehicle while I'm waiting for repairs. And I insisted, simply because it was a failed repair that forced me to tow the truck there. So I couldn't just come back later. I needed something for my kids and wife to get to school. And he simply replied, "so do all these other people", I don't know what you want me to do". To which i replied, " I need you to help me, I shouldn't be stranded because of a repeated faulty repair job." " there's nothing I can do." With a shrug, he dismissed me. I told him "that's a real xxxxty way to treat a customer your service team screwed over". His only reply, with distain, was " im sorry you feel that way". That was last Monday. I haven't heard a thing from the service department. Not from Lance who gave me his card, nor anyone else in service. This is the worst service. Which is a warranty covered issue, that I've ever dealt with. I'm hoping they remedy the issue for good this time. But with this track record. I doubt it will be fixed. At least not the way it should be. Still waiting for a call. 6 days and counting. More
