I looked at the notes in the system, and also the texts you and Ryan shared on your initial visit. I see where the two of you discussed the work that was needed and the relative costs, but I don't see where the Parts Policy was discussed. Company policy dictates that all "special order" parts must be paid for at the time they are ordered. Ryan said he had the conversation with you when you picked your car up at the initial visit, but we like to have these conversations memorialized in text or email so we have a record of acknowledgement.
