Took 4. 5 hours for an oil change. After the oil change is done took another 30 minutes to text me to say the vehicle is done. When I arrive at his desk he sa 5 hours for an oil change. After the oil change is done took another 30 minutes to text me to say the vehicle is done. When I arrive at his desk he said I didn't know you were waiting in the waiting room. I told him at the very beginning I'm going to be in the waiting room. Also, his attitude makes me feel like he doesn't want to serve me and makes me not comfortable. More

Our dealer Scott was super friendly and helpful! He made buying my first new car a breeze! I went in expecting to spend hours signing paperwork and figuring out the financing but was pleasantly surp He made buying my first new car a breeze!
