Lithia in general I would not recommend lithia in general period. No issues with the person that checked me in for my oil change appointment, he was very pleasant. However the person that put my sticker for my next oil change did put the correct information, is showing my next oil change is at over 180k, I only have 44.5k, so definitely not for my car. More

Jarren and the crew underpromised and overdelivered in terms of how long it would take, etc... Jarren also advised using the website to schedule my next ToyotaCare Service about three weeks ahead of the estimated date of achieving 15,000 miles. Oil change Went in to get my oil changed and they were friendly got me checked in in just a few minutes. Told them I would be back to pick up later that day.
