Was told that there was free window tent for the length of my vehicle and didn’t find out till after I purchased it days later on the phone from the sales rep that he was wrong. The dealership claims to do a 12 point inspection on your car. Part of that inspection is supposed to include checking the lights on the car to make sure they are all working. I got my car back with the boxe car. Part of that inspection is supposed to include checking the lights on the car to make sure they are all working. I got my car back with the boxes for the lights all being green meaning that all the lights worked. Which I found to be interesting as I had a tail light out on the car and they didn’t catch it. When I than said something to them I was asked “Did you tell them “. The dealership says they do a 12 point inspection which includes the lights so why would I have to tell them that there’s a light out. Shouldn’t they have found it during the inspection? I wouldn’t only rely on their inspection be sure to check your car regularly. More

This is the 2nd time I purchased a car from Lokey - this time it was a bit slow and I almost walked away. I have been a customer since 2015 and was always pleased that is why I went back. Worst experience ever dealing with a salesman. We purchased a used Pre-Certified 2021 Nissan Frontier on 10/23/24. We were told we would be getting a second key but it had to be ordered. Brought We purchased a used Pre-Certified 2021 Nissan Frontier on 10/23/24. We were told we would be getting a second key but it had to be ordered. Brought the truck back in on 11/18/24 because there was an issue with the truck not always starting, there was a noise that sounded like water moving around in the dash, multiple chips and a small crack in the windshield that I seen after getting up close to wash it and also noticed a mudflap missing which it was also missing in the video that was emailed to us before we bought the truck. When I picked the truck back up the starting issue was fixed and the noise from under the dash was gone. The salesman said he needed to order the key that he'd forgot to and order the mudflap than he was to set up something with whoever it is they use for windshield work. I checked back with the salesman on 1/8/25 to see about the key, mudflap, and windshield and he said he would have to check on it and get back with me. It’s now 2/16/25 and I haven’t heard a word from him or anyone from the dealership. Not happy at all!! More
