Service was great. I did feel a bit rushed but I was well taken care of. However, I noticed a few days later there was an oil mark on my driver’s side rug, perhaps from I did feel a bit rushed but I was well taken care of. However, I noticed a few days later there was an oil mark on my driver’s side rug, perhaps from a can or cylinder that was used during my repair. I called to see if this problem can be resolved…I’m still waiting on a call back. But overall great service!!! More

Service writer was a B. S. talker. Did not want to rotate my tires or change any filters. My car was not washed. Your employee wanted to argue with me and said my prepaid S. talker. Did not want to rotate my tires or change any filters. My car was not washed. Your employee wanted to argue with me and said my prepaid maintenance plan was not part of Lokey (Lokey sent me several reminders to come have my car maintained, including tires rotated, car wash, and any additional filters changed. They did not change my engine air filter because I checked it and it was dirty when I got home. I am not sure the tires were rotated. I was very displeased with the treatment I got at Lokey! More
