I brought in my 2021 Nissan titan platinum reserve over a week ago and they had to order a special order part I tried to make an appointment for yesterday they wouldn’t let me do that so I made an appointmen week ago and they had to order a special order part I tried to make an appointment for yesterday they wouldn’t let me do that so I made an appointment for today at 11 AM I sat there until 1:15 PM and the service writer came out to tell me that they ordered the wrong part I am very upset that it took them almost 2 1/2 hours to let me know that my part was ordered incorrectly it would’ve been one thing if they would’ve told me about 20 minutes after I got there I would not be so upset but I have to sit there for 2 1/2 hours and learned that they ordered the wrong part is very very upsetting to me I am not pleased with the way I was taken care of. Now I have to wait for the correct part and then go back to the dealer inconveniencing myself once again to wait for this part to be put on. If your appointment mean nothing then why make them. More

The dealership is always clean and the service representative’s are very nice and courteous. My car is always washed and cleaned when I pick it up.
