The first time I went to Lokey Nissan I was extremely impressed. On my last visit not so much. Friendliness was only mediocre and my car care was even worse. Although I only went for an oil change I inquired about the free car wash and vacuum. I also ask them to check my windshield wipers. And I know you don't get Perfection for free however, that was the worst car wash and the worst vacuum job I've ever had anywhere. I was extremely disappointed. I completely forgot that I had asked them to check my windshield wipers. It wasn't until I was driving home one day after work and my windshield wiper was useless. I didn't read my multi-point inspection until I took this survey and I'm even more disappointed. Someone marked the form that my wiper blades were okay. It makes me wonder if they even looked at them. No one mentioned to me that the in-cabin microfilter may need attention or I may have had replaced. I don't understand how you can do a multi-point inspection and not check the transmission fluid . And the one big thing that I really don't understand is twice before I was told that I had a loose motor mount at my last visit it was not mentioned. So was it really loose in the first place? Or was the last person not checking anything at all? I want a dealership I can rely on and give me peace of mind about my car care. Every one has a bad day. I hope my next experience will be like my first, Because Lokey Nissan was who I had in mind when I need to purchase my next vehicle. I was told my loan was through navy federal only to find out they ran my credit application several times and put me through a loan with a company other than navy and never told me I even asked the finance out they ran my credit application several times and put me through a loan with a company other than navy and never told me I even asked the finance manager when signing and he confirmed it was through navy federal I called navy and they said there wasn’t even an attempt from you all calling to get my loan through them. It took weeks to find out who my loan was through and no one would take my calls only to find out who my loan was through from the secretary T the front desk.
