Although I absolutely love my car, I have a couple of issues. One, when I brought my car in they told me my battery was in perfect shape. Fast forward to two or three weeks later and I go to start my car issues. One, when I brought my car in they told me my battery was in perfect shape. Fast forward to two or three weeks later and I go to start my car and my battery is dead and while replacing it noticed it’s was corroded, when they originally told me it wasn’t. Two, I have the extra service package on my loan and for some reason a diagnostic test isn’t included in that? Which seems extremely stupid. If I pay for the extra service package, shouldn’t that be included? Other than that, I don’t have any other issues. More

I was told I would have at least a 2.5 hour wait with an appointment (tire rotation) when I came to the dealership. The reason for this was service was overbooked, which I cannot understand???!!! And the only reason I was there was my tire rotation was missed on a previous appointment (booked online, no excuse). I cannot rate quality of work nor price as the service was not performed! More

I dealt with the collision department for my 2014 Nissan Convertible. I so wanted for it to be repairable. After a thorough investigation, it sadly was not. I cried and the people were so sweet about it. Convertible. I so wanted for it to be repairable. After a thorough investigation, it sadly was not. I cried and the people were so sweet about it. Signing over the right for this car to be towed away was so difficult. I appreciated everyone in the department for being so nice to us. It was a car we loved and took care of and unfortunately a drunk driver hit it and caused the problem. Wish we could buy another one!! More
We worked with Ricardo and Bill Carey to find the right car for my daughter. These two went to work on the specifics we provided and found the perfect car within 3 days by doing a national search. The most brilliant aspect of the deal was the closing paperwork— which usually takes hours! Bill had everything ready to sign; had the credit reports completed, etc... all we had to do was sign and drive away. Very very happy with our experience. Btw this is our 4th Lokey automobile—- and it’s service like this that will keep us coming back. More
I recently brought my low mileage, 7-year old vehicle in for an oil change. My Service Adviser was Ms. Maria Mahoney. The multi-point inspection indicated that the car’s original battery and tires needed at for an oil change. My Service Adviser was Ms. Maria Mahoney. The multi-point inspection indicated that the car’s original battery and tires needed attention. This was not a surprise to me because my prior Lokey service advisers had told me that these issues might need attention in the very near future. Ms. Mahoney presented the findings of the Multi-Point Inspection to me and was very professional and low-key, which is the approach that I prefer. In addition, when it came to purchasing the tires, she did not push the issue and provided me time to do my due diligence before making my decision as to what brand tire and type of performance. After my due diligence and with Ms. Mahoney’s help in getting the best deal available, I purchased the tires from Lokey and had them installed there. More
