People are nice. Prices are too high. I took my work elsewhere for $650 in savings after I was offered 15% reduction. I only talk to customer service and not the technician so I don't even know if I'm elsewhere for $650 in savings after I was offered 15% reduction. I only talk to customer service and not the technician so I don't even know if I'm getting quality care or a high school drop out that cuts corners. I feel blind and unable to ascertain if the work was done properly until I have a problem later. My car is my most expensive asset that depreciates faster than any other asset and it requires more money for maintenance because a new vehicle is more expensive for less quality. I want to trust the technician, who should be passionate about Nissan vehicles. I'd like longer warranties on products AND service, and I would have paid the higher price for the dealership to do the work. More
