My sales rep Mike he was great he was able to help me find the perfect car and also got me in brand new car not used with no money done. Now the finance part I hated I left without really been approve fo find the perfect car and also got me in brand new car not used with no money done. Now the finance part I hated I left without really been approve for the car had to come back to the dealership to redo another contract with a different bank 3 weeks later. Also my current car loan was never paid and I have a late payment on my credit report now and the car still isn't paid off. Never again More

My initial experience was great but when I had to call twice almost a month later to find out why my previous loan wasn’t paid off but the vehicle was for sale already and I’m getting phone calls from my twice almost a month later to find out why my previous loan wasn’t paid off but the vehicle was for sale already and I’m getting phone calls from my previous finance asking for payments and getting excuses and run a rounds about why it was sent then getting promised that the payment would be overnighted and I never got the tracking info like I was promised as well I really doubt that I would buy another vehicle from your dealer or even recommend your dealership to another person. If I wanted a run around I would have gone to Fucillio Nissan. I never even do much as got an apology. This is poor business practices. If the people working there did there jobs more than standing around out front smoking this problem would have happened. More
