Dealer fee of $899 for the privilege of purchasing a car from you? A dealer Pack fee for service of $1495.00, charged for repairs and service to vehicle, all vehicles. Have to laugh, the vehicle I was sel from you? A dealer Pack fee for service of $1495.00, charged for repairs and service to vehicle, all vehicles. Have to laugh, the vehicle I was selecting was STILL under basic factory warranty. So between those two items, this dealer intends to defraud buyers of $2395.00 of hard earned money for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!! Then they want to play the blame game and say NADA, Kelly Blue Book , TRUE Car and other like them are the blame because they can't make a profit. We guys, if you weren't such a stealership in the first place you wouldn't have issues. There is plenty of money to be made, how about earning it honestly. There should be the option of selecting less than 1 star. More

I have always had excellent customer service at Lokey, starting with Nick when he sold us the car. However, the last visit was certainly not customer service oriented. Makes me wonder if other people are being treated the same way by him and are not speaking up. More
