I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I was almost home I noticed the oil light came on. I called your service department immediately. They sent out a mechanic and he informed me I was 2 qu was almost home I noticed the oil light came on. I called your service department immediately. They sent out a mechanic and he informed me I was 2 quarts low. There is no excuse for this to happen. Thankfully the car was damaged but my time was wasted. More

Amazing, outstanding, fantastic. I originally went to Brandon Nissan, Very bad experience. Then I tried another dealership and wasn't impressed. I did not have a good experience with this dealership. First, the plug for my oil was not tightened, so almost all of the oil leaked out. Second, they got a used seat in to replace mine that had a bad sen First, the plug for my oil was not tightened, so almost all of the oil leaked out. Second, they got a used seat in to replace mine that had a bad sensor. The person handing the problem sent me a picture of the seat and assured me that his wife would be happy with it. The seat was not acceptable and they said that they would treat it with Lexol. I sat for 2 to 3 hours while the supposedly apply this. The seat was no different after this “application”. More
