Pleasure doing business at Lokey, both Sales and Service! I've purchased 3 new Nissan's from Lokey... a 2006 Maxima, a 2017 Murano Platinum and just last year, a new 2018 Rogue Sport for my wife. I can't say I've purchased 3 new Nissan's from Lokey... a 2006 Maxima, a 2017 Murano Platinum and just last year, a new 2018 Rogue Sport for my wife. I can't say enough about the sales experience... finance experience... and the overall Service that I've had over the many years since buying the '06 Maxima. Fantastic Dealership across the board.. they go out of their way to meet your satisfaction... always someone there to greet you... not to make a sale, but just to greet you and make you feel welcome to their dealership. The Service Team is excellent... Kevin is my regular service adviser and he is great... on this most recent visit, because Kevin was out on sick leave, Ms. Amberln Moore was my adviser for both recent visits in January 2019... maintenance service for my Murano and maintenance service for my Rogue Sport. She is a credit to Lokey's organization... pleasant, friendly and just a real pleasure to deal with... she gets 10's across the board in every aspect! Thank you! For reference, Nick Garisto was my sales representative when I purchased my recent New Rogue Sport. He also took care of my daughter for her purchase of a new Altima. Kevin is normally my service adviser. Chuck was my adviser in the Fall of 2018 during an install of courtesy lights in my new Rogue Sport... there was an error in the install due a crossed wire... but he and the service tech found it and took care of the issue on a subsequent visit. All did a great job and worked with me until is was resolved. Ron, the courtesy driver is a true gentlemen. In my opinion, Lokey is the best dealership in the Tampa Bay area and Nick, Kevin, Chuck, Amberlyn and Ron are some of the reasons why! More

Bought a used SUV Lokey Nissan had a used Ford Explorer we were interested in. They are a good hour and a half drive, on a horribly busy state highway, but we went ther Lokey Nissan had a used Ford Explorer we were interested in. They are a good hour and a half drive, on a horribly busy state highway, but we went there anyway. Our salesman took us out in the vehicle which we found much to our liking, and it ran perfectly. While we were doing the paperwork, the car went in to be detailed. After receiving their price with all the little extras, (tax, tag, etc.), we told them what we were prepared to spend, and they came down to within $150 of that price, so we bought the car. When we were leaving to take it home, right away it started to sputter and the check engine light came on, so we went back in. We were in a hurry to get back home to our pets, as we had already been gone most of the day, so we left, telling them we wanted to cancel the deal and just get our money back. Our check had already gone into the system, so they agreed to send it to us Monday. Later on after we got home, our salesman, Angelo Kastani, called to tell us that during detailing, a wire had been unhooked, causing the car to sputter and the engine light to come on, and that it had been fixed. Knowing what a long drive it was for us, Angelo offered to bring us the vehicle in the morning (on a Sunday) if we still wanted it. We did, and sure enough, Angelo, with his lovely wife following him, brought our car right to our home, during his own time. He definitely went way above and beyond. I highly recommend Lokey Nissan, for even when we said we wanted to cancel the deal, they agreed, without a fight, to give us our money back. And, if you go there, I recommend you ask for Angelo, he does far more than what is expected of him, for sure. More
