I regret giving Lokey any of my money. Kathleen was demanding and downright rude on the phone prior to buying. While buying I dealt with salesman Trevor. Even offering a gift card for a positive review. All was great until the end of the sale: Trevor was disgusting and crude while sending us off. Afterwards I received calls and texts that are uncalled for and gross. I called Kathleen and she assured me Trevor would never do such a thing. Then degraded us saying we were making it up. I offered to send her a copy of the texts and links Trevor sent. Soon after doing that I got countless calls from her where she sat with background noise, distinctive music and dogs barking. I’ve left several messages for Steve, Christian and David with no response. I wouldn’t go to this dealership if you have a choice. We love our car, but the customer service is repulsive More

I did, but it seems it wouldn't go through. My car doors were clicking and so I took it to Clearwater Nissan. They told me to take it to the body shop at Lokey so I did. The gal that drove it, My car doors were clicking and so I took it to Clearwater Nissan. They told me to take it to the body shop at Lokey so I did. The gal that drove it, I showed her where the sensor was dented and she said that wouldn't cause the problem. She called the service center for Lokey. The service manager told me it was the flashlight rattling around in the door pocket that was making the clicking noise off and on. It wasn't. I took the flashlight out. It still clicked every time I went over a bump or around a corner to the right. I ended up driving 1900 miles to Colorado and took it to Empire Nissan. The floor manager said it was a common problem with Rogues. I don't know if it was Rogue Sports like I have or all Rogues, but that the seat belt hook doesn't retract all the way on its own and it catches right where the sensor is and puts a dent in it. Then the door thinks it's not closed and so when you go over a bump the door moves and it thinks that it's not shut. So it was also beeping an alarm to let me know that I was driving with the door open. So please let your people know because this is not just a one person issue. I told Lokey's floor manager what the problem was. I just needed to get it fixed. So this guy in Colorado took two pieces of metal about the size of quarters and put over the sensor spot on the door and I haven't had any problems since. Amazing. Anyway, I appreciate the time the Lokey staff took, but I am surprised if this is a somewhat common problem that they had no clue and were telling me things like it's a flashlight rolling around in the door clicking off and on. Please let them know. Thank you. More
The last time we got our oil changed. They rotated the tires and did an alignment as they requested previously. On the way home.The van pulled to the right and steered bad. I brought the van back to have them check it again. When I asked if the van was test driven afterwards, I was told they just blindly do the alignment if the customer requested it to be done. After some persuading on my part, they checked the alignment again. Afterwards they stated the alignment was correct and the tires were separating and cupped. The tires only had 21k miles on them. I took the van back to the tire place where I purchased the tires. They de-rotated the tires and put two new tires on the front. They checked the alignment again and it was so far off. After the alignment and two new tires, it drive like new again. After this bad experience with Lokey Nissan I will no longer be using their services. More

So I took my car to get oil change found out I needed breaks so since I had purchased what I was told was a maintenance plan I called since breaks are maintenance only to be told someone from lokey cance breaks so since I had purchased what I was told was a maintenance plan I called since breaks are maintenance only to be told someone from lokey canceled that plan and I only have the big stuff covered.
