I’ve always had a good experience except for the last time. Included in my quote I was supposed to get my battery terminals, cleaned upon arriving home and inspecting the battery. It was not cleaned. I have been bringing for Norman’s maintenance over the past several years. When I brought my Nissan for service thru 2022 my Rogue was covered under warranty. I mentioned to my service manager that my re past several years. When I brought my Nissan for service thru 2022 my Rogue was covered under warranty. I mentioned to my service manager that my rear hatchback hydraulic lift was making an unusual noise. This happened for multiple visits. Last month I was putting my golf clubs in the back storage area And I was homeless decapitated. The lift opened fully and within seconds it came back down and hit me in the back of the neck. I took my rogue in for service and mentioned it to the service manager, and he said he would look into it by the time we finally realize that it was a problem, my vehicle was a couple hundred miles out of warranty and it turned out to be a $1500 job. Needless to say, I was very upset that should’ve been covered under my warranty when I first brought it to the service managers attention. I was told what am I supposed to do about it now that’s out of warranty it’s a $1500 job. More
