Once my truck was sold, Longo sent a Lyft pick up for me since they were booked in home deliveries that day. I was there approximately 2 1/2 hrs for another test drive and finalizing all the paperwork and final walk through of the vehicle. My initial contact was Jose, who turned it over Laura since Jose was going on vacation. Laura was great! Attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. More

They gave me an hard time and finally told that I had to be wait but for what I didn’t know... And Then I canceled my process, went to another dealership and got the new car with the fantastic deal and it took only two hours. I will never recommend Toyota Longo especially Hovig to anybody.
