HORRIBLE! Wendy was who was who I was dealing with. She lied saying my car would be ready in 1 hour. I left my car at 9am. she called me 1pm saying that my car Wendy was who was who I was dealing with. She lied saying my car would be ready in 1 hour. I left my car at 9am. she called me 1pm saying that my car was still cooling off then at 2pm she calls saying it was ready. When I get there I find out that my car was not even touched. I wasted a whole day of work just for nothing. Worst experience. I will never recommend this place. Especially with a liar working there. More
I recently visited Longo Toyota to get an estimate for my car and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Fred. He lowballed my car’s value significantly, which led me to seek estimates from ot car and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Fred. He lowballed my car’s value significantly, which led me to seek estimates from other dealerships like CarMax and BMW, both of which provided much better offers. I also received higher estimates online. It felt like the staff at Longo Toyota, especially those who have been there for a while, have an air of superiority compared to other salespeople. This attitude is off-putting and unprofessional. Perhaps it’s time for Longo Toyota to consider a change in their team and bring in new, customer-focused individuals. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my recent visit. And I did end up buying a Toyota at another dealership, with a better price on my trade, better sales people as well. More

I took my 2024 Tundra in for its first 5,000 mile Toyota Care Service as well as a system default alert that kept popping up on the screen. They supposedly inspected the entire truck, a tire rotation, toppe Care Service as well as a system default alert that kept popping up on the screen. They supposedly inspected the entire truck, a tire rotation, topped off all fluids I was told that they had to do a hard reset of the system and they would need my phone to setup my truck to my Toyota App. When I picked up my vehicle the next day I was walked to the back lot by the service advisor. We came to a truck that was similar to mine and he asked if that was my truck. Being at THE largest dealership in the country and my vehicle on a lot with hundreds of trucks that all look the same I said, I don’t know, I didn’t park it nor would I know where it is. We eventually found my vehicle. The service advisor didn’t know what the heck he was doing nor could he answer my questions about how to set it up. I took it upon myself to follow the promps, scan my VIN number to add my vehicle, add the code that was sent to my phone and completed the entire process while he sat there! I must also add that I noticed my truck was dusty/dirty probably from all the construction going on at the dealership. Being the largest Toyota dealership in the country I would expect a complimentary carwash the way I receive them from other smaller dealerships I’ve taken my vehicles to. As I left the dealership I scrolled through my system setup screens and noticed that IF they rotated my tires the sure did NOT inflate the tires to the proper and all the same tire pressure. 3 of my four tires were at different tire pressures. One at 35, one at 37 and two at 41. Now IF they inspected my vehicle and rotated my tires this should have been the easiest and fastest preventative maintenance that should have been performed but it clearly wasn’t! If they are cutting corners on simple things such as tire pressure it makes me wonder what else they are cutting corners or taking shortcuts on!…. More
