Nancy Schubert made it quick and painless! It was time to trade in my lease for a new Rav4. Timing was terrible for me as my father is critically ill. Since I did not have the time and abilit It was time to trade in my lease for a new Rav4. Timing was terrible for me as my father is critically ill. Since I did not have the time and ability to spend talking through my needs, I was able to provide Nancy my requirements via email and she wasted no time in taking care of the deal. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours from the time I arrived until the time I drove off the lot in my new Rav4. Although my ability to schedule my visit was difficult, Nancy was still prepared when I was able to finally arrive. This provided me precious and valuable time to spend with my father rather than at the dealership. Thank you Nancy! More
