For the first time in my years of using Lou Sobh I didn't have the best customer service experience. Barry, in the service department, was very friendly and didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into additional work. He told me what my service code was for and what was recommended. They have lots of tables, chairs, desk areas, and free coffee and water. They have vending machines for some snacks and you could sit there and be very comfortable while you wait.
