Took delivery of a 2021 Chevy Trax yesterday. The process was made easy by everyone involved. The salesperson, Derek Waddell, kept me informed prior to delivery of the car, which I put on hold with a deposit was made easy by everyone involved. I chose Luther Brookdale because 2021 Trax LS AWD vehicles were scarce, since it's the end of the model year. I searched online, and saw one, equipped as I wanted on their website, listed as "in transit." I had already decided to buy a Trax, so I connected with the chat person on the website and said I wanted to buy that particular vehicle. He hooked me up with Derek Waddell, and we did the deposit, etc. over the phone. The dealership kept me updated on the car's arrival and we scheduled an appointment for the day it would be ready.
