Because I was a woman I was invisible. Working with Evan was a completely different experience! He spoke directly to me, only turned to my husband for an answer when I did, answered every question I had and never laughed at things that were important to me in the car. As a woman buying a car can suck, but I will recommend working with Evan to every one of my friends. Plus the rest of the staff were stellar, we didn't run into anyone we didn't enjoy working with. I was parking the car I was there to test drive when I got the call that my vehicle needed a complete transmission replacement, so I had basically no choice but to buy a vehicle that day. Started my vehicle buying journey at Burnsville Volkwagen by getting the crap scared out of me! Thought I had hit a car as I was going thru the lot, but was just Travis, the salesperson, tapping on my car l by getting the crap scared out of me!
