I thought Terrence was very nice and immediately approached me when I arrived and I’ve never been to your dealership before as I just moved here recently. Through the whole process Terrence was grea approached me when I arrived and I’ve never been to your dealership before as I just moved here recently. Through the whole process Terrence was great and very communicative. I was disappointed that your quick lube manager decided that she/he didn’t feel comfortable giving me a tire rotation, while I was getting my oil changed. I was very transparent with the team and told them that I had factory rims on my 2014 Ford focus and hubcaps but I had aftermarket Lugnuts, due to the fact that the Ford dealership in Massachusetts where I moved here from and had serviced my car from new, had either under torqued or over torqued my previous Lugnuts and caused the holes to now be oblong, instead of round. The larger Lugnuts are holding the tires on in case of concern for loosening on the road. The larger Lugnuts are holding the holes tighter. I did not realize this has been done to my rims until after I left MASSACHUSETTS and moved to North Carolina, before moving here. Your quick lube staff did not want the liability of trying to do a tire rotation as they thought they may damage one of my axles. It seemed a bit extreme, but I have to respect their feelings. I just don’t think it was that much of a risk and your service center felt the same way. I have now made an appointment to come in on Saturday in early August to get my tires rotated by your service department. Trevino who I spoke to was very nice and I’m looking forward to coming in and getting that done and feel confident they’ll do a good job and assure that everything looks good/ safe. I understand I will eventually need new rims and already have a new driver side front rim, but I wanted to upgrade to something other than what I already have - nicer that does not need hubcaps and unfortunately your parts department told me there’s nothing else you could offer me at your dealership for rims besides what I already have for 15 inch wheels. So I will have to shop elsewhere for after market rims. The dealership looks nice and you offer some nice amenities to your customers. The waiting area is nice and everyone seems friendly except for one of your parts guys who acts like everything’s an inconvenience. Maybe you need some more parts people as they seem overwhelmed and aggravated. Terrence is a very nice attribute to your company, as is Trevino. Their personalities make it a pleasure to come there and happy to come back. I am sad to hear that Ford is no longer making cars or not focused on making cars, that their focus is SUVs, as they are a lot more expensive. Not sure if it’s regional or national. I would certainly like an SUV more especially in this region with the winters. But I really do like my focus and I would’ve liked to have upgraded to a newer one or maybe a larger car. Thanks! More
