It couldn't have been easier to call to schedule an oil change for our 2016 Escape. I was able to get a day and time that fit my schedule. When I brought the Escape in it was a very short time and it was change for our 2016 Escape. I was able to get a day and time that fit my schedule. When I brought the Escape in it was a very short time and it was done and I was back on the road. I also am grateful for the thoroughness of the Safety Check they do. I didn't realize my tires were getting as worn as they are, they let me know that the tires were still safe, just time to start thinking about replacing them. Brought my F150 in for warranty work. Employee greeted / welcomed me by name. Asked if I was going to wait for the vehicle. He said it would be at least two hours. When I said I was waiti Employee greeted / welcomed me by name. Asked if I was going to wait for the vehicle. He said it would be at least two hours. When I said I was waiting, he said I could wait in the lounge, where there was coffee & cold beverages. When completed, he came out & explained what they had done. When I went out to the vehicle, I was very surprised to see they had washed it. The only negative was the vehicle was unlocked. More
