My wife and are driving our fourth Kia from Kia of Bloomington. That says something about the dealership and the maintenance department of this dealership.. We recently brought our Kia in for our 500 Bloomington. That says something about the dealership and the maintenance department of this dealership.. We recently brought our Kia in for our 5000 mile check up we were greeted as if we were important not just a number or a signature on a piece of paper. I do understand why it is difficult to find good help in the day in which we live. I can tell you it’s because Kia Bloomington has the best sales people finance people and mechanic people the gentleman who checked our car in made you feel like you’re somebody I can tell you I don’t know what to pay him, but it’s not enough so whatever you do don’t lose him. He’s fantastic. Our next car will be another Kia and the dealership will be Kia of Bloomington. Keep up the good work, cause the customer to feel as if they’re important and they will be back again and again and again and again. More

I called a service advisor about 2pm and was scheduled for 8am next morning. 3 items for repair and said they could have vehicle all day. Received text vehicle was ready at about 1:30pm.
