Don’t waste your time I scheduled a time to test drive a Lexus (just coming off lease) at this Kia location. I was assigned a different salesman to test drive bcos the other one was busy with another customer. Test drive went fine so I told them I was ready to close the deal. These arses then had me wait an hour so that one salesman who was initially too busy for an appointment I had made with him could finish working with another customer. I finally asked told them I’m leaving if they’re not ready. Then he comes out with a plate in hand to tell me he’s just about done putting a plate on a car. They sent a rather pudgy, 17-year old looking, clueless boy my way to help with a total lack of manners. I left the building in a hurry. At that point, it I had an item on my agenda for the day I had to attend to. Called the dealership later to let them know I was coming back but they should line things up so they did. They finally assigned the manager to execute the sale. More

I sold cars in my past and worked for a dealership that was high pressure and don't let the potential customer off the lot until you sold them a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and given all the answers to our questions. The vehicle we were going to purchase was sold while we were filling out the credit app and the sales manager offered to sell us his vehicle which had more options and had only been on at the dealership for less than 2 week with lower miles. Financing was smooth and simple with no high pressure to add additional products. A good buying experience. More

We went in to look at a Kia Optima we saw online and my wife noticed a Kia Cadenza next to it that was fully loaded with a comparable list price. Mike did not try to convince us to purchase the Higher priced vehicle. Instead he gave us all of the information we needed to make our decision.
