I would usually like to rate any one slightly below excellent as this is my nature. I would say the only unfair thing is Pat let me take the car home to show it to my wife and I was sold from there on. We have bought/leased two vehicles in the last year from this dealership and will likely use them again. More

Kia Stinger for a great price, and TJ rocked it out. I'd rate the experience as a whole, 9.5/10. TJ was awesome. Only opportunity: I'm not the most patient person (calling myself out), but there were I'd rate the experience as a whole, 9.5/10. TJ was awesome. Only opportunity: I'm not the most patient person (calling myself out), but there were a couple things that could have been more timely in my opinion. To put it in perspective, I waited 10-15 minutes before the sales manager started checking my car, and the finance appointment was 25 minutes behind. By no means awful, but I hate waiting...yes, I'm lame. ;) Positives (many): TJ was fantastic, and I'd consider him an expert in his craft. All too often sales people don't know the product or the incentives, but TJ was spot on. TJ had a great personality to boot...and the guy wears some seriously awesome suits. I couldn't pull them off, but I like that he can. Fantastic job. The sales manager, who's name I don't recall, was cool. He too had a great sense of humor, and I appreciated the wit. He pretty much called me out for being a cheap xxx, but he was right. It was a fun experience. Matt, the finance manager didn't try to shove product down my throat (thank you!!!), and he was super efficient with signatures etc. Also a good experience. Efficiency overall: Other than what I put above, everything else was done extremely fast. Value: I got a new Kia Stinger for $5k less than MSRP. Enough said there. AWESOME! I'd go back to purchase from TJ and the team in a heartbeat. I'm happier than a tornado in a trailer park! If you live in a trailer park, no offence meant, your house payment is better than mine. ;) Thanks all!! More
