I may never be back. Service manager and everyone at the service desks wouldn't even acknowledge me. And they know me. Tell me one thing. Our service man was very nice & knew what he was talking about. We needed a new battery, which we got. But the old battery was out of warrantee. I had gotten e-mails saying I needed an oil change, but w about. We needed a new battery, which we got. But the old battery was out of warrantee. I had gotten e-mails saying I needed an oil change, but we hadn't driven enough so we didn't need or get an oil change. One issue: Your records say we purchased our new car, a Honda CRV, in January 2018. We actually purchased our new Honda CRV car in December 2018. Our license plates are even due in December also. We really appreciate that you usually wash our car when it's in for service! Thank you! More
