Only complaint was one finance person was job of highlighting all my new vehicles features. Five stars for Ronn. The facility is very nice and clean. Only complaint was one finance person was available, slowed the whole process down; I had called ahead to have everything started so I could get in and out quickly...I was there for two hours. Also the detail department needs training and allow for more time to clean sold vehicles, there were grocery bags and garbage in the back storage, food chunks in the backseat, the windows were so streaked that it was almost a danger to drive. I also spent two hours in the evening removing splattered tar off of the vehicle and windows. More
