I went in for an oil change… since this is a full service mechanic.. and got a slight vibration on the drivers side checked… was told I needed to get my routers resurfaced.. so I got it done… payed about $50 mechanic.. and got a slight vibration on the drivers side checked… was told I needed to get my routers resurfaced.. so I got it done… payed about $500 for everything.. And not even an hour after I could still feel the vibrating… so called them and brought it back.. they said that a wheel alignment should do the trick… well I got everything done because I was going on a long road trip.. I get on the road and 100 miles into the trip the low tires pressure sensor goes off.. well I some to find out they NEVER FILLED MY TIRES WITH AIR.. all of my tires were in the low 20s! The receptionist service was great! But the mechanic side not so hot.. very disappointing More

I payed way too much to be treated the way I was simply because I have and I quote 15 year old car.
