I took my truck in on September the 29th to be serviced for the following oil change tire rotation, and the Shark antenna to be replaced and for someone to look at my radio because it keep stopping. On my invoice it stated a part was being ordered for the radio. I gave it a few weeks then I called since no one called me. I spoke with the service guy name that was printed on my invoice which was Christian D. and we agreed I would bring the truck in was Tuesday October 24. After sitting in the waiting area about an hour I was told the radio that came in was broken. Christian told me another one would be ordered and I would be notified. I gave it a few weeks again. I was not notified so I called to check the status. I spoke with Christian and it was in so told him I would be there Saturday morning November the 18th. He told me to ask for Mario. I went in Saturday morning and I spoke to someone and told him I was waiting on Mario. The guy asked me what was going on? I told him that my radio was going to replaced. He asked was I leaving my truck or staying? I told him no I was not leaving my truck. He told me it would be all day because they only had one electrician on Saturday and five Monday thru Friday. I left and the next week on Monday the 20th I received a text from Christian. The text message stated the radio was going back. I called him back to let him know what happened Saturday. We agreed he would hold the radio. I told Christian I would be there Saturday morning November 26th at 8am and he said ask for Juan. I was there Saturday at 8am. I waited in the waiting area and about thirty minutes later I was told the part was wrong. I said ordered the part and call me when it's correct. Today is December 2, 2023 I have not heard from anyone from Maik Haik Chevrolet to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I bought this truck brand new last December and it has not been a year yet. More
