Best experience ever! If you don’t live close to this Toyota dealership, make the drive. Seriously, pass up other Toyota places to go to them. They are worth the drive! Always nice dealing with Mac Haik and Sammy Yanes. Everyone seems nice and they like being there. My only complaint would be the process has to be cut in time,, especially for returning customers. My previous visit for service resulted in my tire valve stem caps left off. I mentioned it during this visit and was told them would be replaced. Got home and looked, sure enough, no valve stem caps. Manny and Clint were great. Doug, the manager needs to go. I had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and manny had the day off. I was told by the service department to speak with Doug. Doug was in go. I had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and manny had the day off. I was told by the service department to speak with Doug. Doug was in his office for with a friend of his for about an hour before I finally knocked on the door to ask if he could help me. He did not get up from his desk to greet me, and said it was not his problem and I that my issue could wait until Manny or the other manager got back. He was rude and condescending. Later when he was walking around, he still did not address my issues and would not even speak to me. I was planning on buying another vehicle there but I refuse to do business with you as long as that they dude is working there! More
