We drove 2 hrs to Sacramento specifically because they had the best deal on Rav4 Prime. The physical location is great - they have nice amenities while you wait for financing/paperwork. Our salesperson, C had the best deal on Rav4 Prime. The physical location is great - they have nice amenities while you wait for financing/paperwork. Our salesperson, Colette, went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful for her help. On top of a great deal, she agreed to take our 1995 Corolla for a small trade in even though the appraiser/auction guy didn't want to deal with it. Only issue is the dealership did not give us our charging cord that comes with the vehicle and now we have to wait for it to be mailed. If I could go 4.5 stars, I would, not sure that deserves a full star deduction. Thanks for the help Maita and a special thank you to Colette. More
Honestly, my experience was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Little to no communication from the service staff. I was told one price for service and upon pickup of my vehicle the price was now higher than the original quote with no explanation. Even with arriving on time for appointment, I waited at least 10 minutes for someone coming to say hi and another 20 minutes to be checked in. All good except. Except my dash cam was disconnected and then not reconnected. Not sure why one your employers would do that as none of the work they did was electronic in nature.
