I arrived a little before 7:00 AM for my Toyota Care Service where they even provide a special Maita Toyota has their service game down to a science. Coffee was provided and the facilities are comfortable and comprehensive. They have a full service snack bar where folks can grab breakfast or lunch, a gym for kids and lots of different waiting areas/accommodations to fit different needs. More

Not so good this time Came in for lube and oil change, my appt was for 2:20pm ,the work order was written at 2:22pm, and even through the work order said the car was ready Came in for lube and oil change, my appt was for 2:20pm ,the work order was written at 2:22pm, and even through the work order said the car was ready at 5:07pm, I didn't walk out the door until 5:22pm . I waited 3 hours for a regular oil change with "no" problems found. The estimate I was given was one and half hours. I have had my car serviced here for many years and this was one of the few time I left unhappy. The people were pleasant but the wait time was unreasonable. In my opinion this dealership has lost the personal touch they used to have with their customers. More
