I reporting the employee to management and I was assured that further training was going to be implemented. I seen the same employee on my appointment and noticed the customer service improved a lot. I feel that management addressed the issue and the employee has made substaintial improvement. There's a near by Toyota Service near my residence, however I don't go to that location because Toyota Maita provides better customer service. The extra drive is worth it. More

Good experience this time but that hasn't always happened I've come here before for my old car and had terrible service. I finally found a dealership where I was left free to roam the lot with a salesperson in tow to answer my questions. When we could not find what I wanted, he told me "Wait here" and came back a few minutes later with exactly the no-frills vehicle I wanted. Eventually, we arrived at the price I wanted to pay. I felt no pressure. Doing the paperwork was equally painless. More
