I waited for 3.5 hour to get maintenance done originally the person quote me eta of 1.5 hour. No communication i have to go ask myself what’s taking so long. Was in service light cane on, left the car for a day half for service. Still had to return for lights. Was told I can do it myself, if I didn't want to come in or go on Utube. I was appalled! If you look at my other feedback (5-6) emails, I have to return several time to have someone that know what they were doing to reset all maintenance lights. I have been a customer over over 35yrs and I can say the quality diminished. I don't like returning to the office for something I brought my car in for. Please talk to you techs, not to never suggest a customer to go on Utube or reset anything themselves. I will be communicating with Val Valadez, because he has been there for a long time and have service some of my other Toyota's in the early days. More

Got in when promised at 7am. Checked my tire that was purchased from them. Large hole from nail so they just replaced the tire. So happy that I now feel safe driving around town. purchased from them.
