Why make an Appointment? Arrived five minutes before my 10 am appointment and there were five cars in front of me. I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. Definitely recommend I drove up to the dealership without an appointment for an oil change. I knew that it could be a while. Everything was clearly explained and I was then offered a cup of coffee and a nice clean area to wait for my car. I could not believe it, but my car was done 30 minutes later. I knew I would probably wait for a while, especially if I didn't have an appointment, but the whole experience was just surprising and wonderful. More
