I don't think you were understaffed. I think the facility couldn't handle it. You would need many more workstations to handle your business. More

More waiting time for each service & no car wash I turned me down and sent me home when I sent to service without appointment and when I made the appointment for regular maintenance I have to wait mo I turned me down and sent me home when I sent to service without appointment and when I made the appointment for regular maintenance I have to wait more 2 - 3 hours in the dealership even they say that in invoice 1 to 1 1/2 hours service time. I won’t get the courtesy car wash like Folsom Toyota. I requested one time they washed it half the car and returned it I felt bad to see the way they wash the car. Vijay More
