Appointment was to have door guards and a rear bumper applique (clear) installed on my new Camry. My service adviser was great. He told me it was about an hour's work to do what was required. At noon, TWO HOURS later, the car was ready. I will not make an appointment on a Monday morning in the future, but rather wait until later in the week. I think I should have been comped for some of the work, since it took TWICE AS LONG to do the job. More

Always Great Service I took my wife's 2005 Prius in for its normal 50k service (every 5K) at Maita. I had noted that the driver's side driving light must have some proble I took my wife's 2005 Prius in for its normal 50k service (every 5K) at Maita. I had noted that the driver's side driving light must have some problem because I have replaced the bulb 3 times in the last month. Later that afternoon, Steve Morris called and said they were having trouble tracking the problem down to the circuit but would need more time to troubleshoot it. I agreed to the time and price; Steve said he would call back with followup. Just before 5, Steve called again to say they had not been able to definitively solve the problem but had cleaned and sanded down all of the connectors. Steve indicated the driving lights seemed to be brighter now. . Steve also said that the subsequent quote was inaccurate because it was based upon an incorrect wiring diagram at Toyota. He said he was not going to charge me for the additional time spent for the extra troubleshooting because of the problem with their manuals. Imagine how I felt; an honest person who admitted that there was a problem they were unsure if they had actually fixed or not. I never knew; had he not said something, I would have just paid the much higher revised estimate. Believe me, these are the kind of people you want working on your car!! 100% Honest and trust worthy More

Fast Service Maita was fast and efficient this time, since I came in the afternoon. I have previously been several times in the morning and it was much busier and Maita was fast and efficient this time, since I came in the afternoon. I have previously been several times in the morning and it was much busier and slower. I like Maita's waiting room. There's a pirate ship structure for little ones to play in, plenty of soft chairs, and a good coffee/food bar. A pretty pleasant experience this time. The only reason I gave it a four star was that they tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need right now. But I guess most businesses do that kind of thing. More
