Great Customer Service I have used this Toyota dealer for service since I moved to California. I have never had any issues or complaints. This last service was the only time I have used this Toyota dealer for service since I moved to California. I have never had any issues or complaints. This last service was the only time I experienced long wait times for an service advisor to complete the check in process, but usually they are fully staffed and get you in and out in record time. This last time was a Saturday, prime time, so I give it a pass. I usually book service during the week when it's not expected to be busy. My service advisor Kevin was empathic and friendly. Great service guys! More

Scheduled maintenance, oil change, tire rotation This was a routine maintenance service. What could go wrong? I washed my Sienna van prior to bringing it in for servicing. It appeared that the mechanics may have tested the windshield jets during service because, upon completion and delivery of the vehicle, the windshield was filthy. It was plainly evident that the windshield needed cleaning and the service staff clearly ignored the fact. This is a minor complaint but, no customer’s car should be dirtier AFTER servicing. This was an avoidable mistake. More

Overall good experience with 2 exceptions I brought our 2017 Sienna in for it's first (6 month/2500mile)ToyotaCare checkup, which is just a tire rotation and fluids inspection. This place is always really busy, but overall the visit went as expected. The service advisor I got (I believe her name was Karina?) was very friendly and helpful, and the car was ready at the promised time, which is nice. The gentlemen that went over the checklist with me at pickup was also very friendly and helpful. Two things that REALY annoyed me: 1) apparently when they were checking windshield washer fluid levels, they turned on both the front and rear windshield washers/sprayers, splashing the vehicle with water and leaving nasty water spots/runs all over both windshields. this is UNACCEPTABLE and should not be done without asking the owner first. I would never let anyone run the windshield washer and wipers over a dirty windshield, as this will leave water spots and scratches all over. I was extremely upset over this. 2) the car wash wasn't working, so my vehicle didn't get washed. the service advisor explained that it was under repairs, and apologized, so I do appreciate that, but I was still a bit disappointed to get back a dirty car. More
