Poor service I took my RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation and I told the service man to check the driver side front tire for a nail and he came back and said they check it and there was nothing wron rotation and I told the service man to check the driver side front tire for a nail and he came back and said they check it and there was nothing wrong with it. I got home and found that the tires were not rotated so I to my car to big-o and they found a nail in the tire that I wanted you to check . I was not pleased with the service my car received . I do not feel that it should take almost 3 hours to complete an oil change and the inspection service . At one point I was told that my car should be I do not feel that it should take almost 3 hours to complete an oil change and the inspection service . At one point I was told that my car should be ready soon. When I was told it was ready the same person told me that she phoned me it was ready, I was sitting in the waiting room when that person spoke to me the first time. why the call ? The call was to my home phone . I have been dealing with Mita for many years . Lately service has fallen off and cost is going up. Are we understaffed ? More
