Service department is unorganized & simple things take hours to complete. Everyone has an attitude as if they’re being bothered when asked a question-from the people that answer phones to the people that hours to complete. I’ve been coming here for years and have purchased various vehicles at this location. But lately the customer service has been severely lacking and I’m honestly taking my car for service elsewhere from now on. More
