Oil change service was scheduled at 10:00am with estimated work time 90 minutes. The car was ready at 1:30 pm - 3.5hours I was provided with documentation to another car and it took another 30 min estimated work time 90 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience with Maita Toyota of Sacramento located at 2500 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95821. I have a Toyota prepaid maintenance agreement called Toyota Care Express, so I sched of Sacramento located at 2500 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95821. I have a Toyota prepaid maintenance agreement called Toyota Care Express, so I scheduled my service appointment one day in advance for routine maintenance on my brand-new vehicle. My appointment was at 3:45 AM, and I arrived 4 minutes early. After they took my car key, I asked how long the service would take, and I was told approximately 2 hours. The service requested was very basic — tire rotation, brake inspection, and a general inspection. There was no oil change or major repair involved. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of being completed within the promised timeframe, my car was not returned to me until 1:54 PM. I ended up waiting more than 4 hours beyond the estimated completion time, which completely disrupted my day and caused me to miss other important plans. What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication, organization, and concern from the staff. There were no meaningful updates, no apology for the excessive delay, and it felt like customer feedback simply did not matter to them. For a dealership that promotes Toyota Care Express and claims to value customer service, this experience was far below expectations. Respecting customers’ time and communicating honestly should be basic standards. This was one of the worst dealership service experiences I have had. More
