My current car was purchased in 1999 in the Bay Area, and I moved to Sacramento in 2000. I have not had this car serviced anywhere else, as I have been very pleased with the maintenance performed on my car; and with the great customer service. I work an early shift at work. Many times I have brought my car in the day before a service appointment, pick up a rental car (at a very inexpensive rate), and then receive a call at work the next day saying my car has been serviced and ready to be picked up. Over the years there has been a serious effort to improve. My experience on Dec. 30 was because of a flat tire and the replacement of the flat. So without an appointment I came in and was taken care of efficiently. The bad part was that I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get a new tire put on. My service person did explain that there were a lot of other customers with tire problems. More

They Didn't Complete the Maintenace I took my 2017 Prius Prime for 15k maintenance and acknowledged that one of the tires losses air enough that I needed to put air once a month. After an hour, I was informed that there is a tiny puncture on the wall of one tire and it needs replacement at cost of $244.05 out the door! They did not rotate the tires because of liability. Beside the fact that $197 is too much for just one tire, I think they had to rotate the tires since I already told them about the issue initially. How can you be liable when customer already acknowledge the issue! As I was expecting the Toyo 245/75R16 is being sold at $140 new elsewhere or another option is since tires are one year old with threads at 7/32 you can have a used never repaired 7/32 installed at only $50 out the door! Again, the financial part of this half done maintenance is not as important. More

money pit I don't own a Toyota myself but my mother does and i'm the mechanic in the family so i do know the average cost of routine work like brakes rotors air I don't own a Toyota myself but my mother does and i'm the mechanic in the family so i do know the average cost of routine work like brakes rotors air filters oil oil filters spark plugs cv boots and the such and my mother has brought her vehicle to this shop for every single service and at first i thought great that should keep the car running good but then i noticed she was always having repairs done and the price was going up and up and the car barely has 120'000 miles on it now you might think i talking about 2 or 3 or 4 hundred dollars but that would be a huge improvement. at 100'000 miles we had the normal expensive tune up but then at 115 we had another 5,000 dollar job and then at 120;000 miles i take the car in for my mom and another 500 is what it cost to service this time and you know what, when i told her the price she was relieved!!!! can you just imagine owning a car and you take it to the shop to have it checked out and because the cost of every other trip to the shop has been so expensive that you actually feel relief when you here 500 dollars? so you do what you want but i feel that bringing your car here is like throwing money in the garbage and as far as customer service yeah how about customer dis-service I had a 8;30am appointment and realized i would not make it on time so at 8am as soon as they would answer the phone i called and asked if i could be 30 minutes late and the receptionist told me if i was that late i would be treated as a walk in and i should expect to wait longer. Only what is owed them for what they payed for Also when it is time to by a new vehicle the public has many choices If you call a customer don’t just hang leaving a message is a good business practice More
