This is the second time I brought my vehicle in for service. The first time they could not duplicate the issue. So, this time I drove the vehicle directly to the service center while it was experienci service. The first time they could not duplicate the issue. So, this time I drove the vehicle directly to the service center while it was experiencing the issue. I also explicitly told the service writer not to turn off the vehicle because it will clear the issue. Unsurprisingly, we received a message that they could not duplicate the issue. Amazing!! When we experience the vehicle go into limp mode every time we drive it. The communication and updates have also been terrible. After several days of hearing nothing, we had to reach out an ask for an update. More

I have a “we owe” with them to fix the 4c4 system in a truck I purchased and have been trying to schedule to bring it in since its 1hr away from me. I keep getting told that someone will contact me but truck I purchased and have been trying to schedule to bring it in since its 1hr away from me. I keep getting told that someone will contact me but I have not gotten a call, email or text message yet. It has been one month and still nothing. I just hope they stick to their word but so far I will keep my review as 2 stars. More
Service has been inconvenient and unacceptable. Took my car for oil change & tire rotation. Came back making noise! Took it back and was told struts needed replacing. I think the dealership has gone down some overall. Since I bought my car 12 years ago from this dealership … I have had all my services performed my Mall of Georgia Ford. For the first 10 years I was satisfied with all the services rendered. The quality of the work was excellent. The dealership was easy to do business with. I didn’t feel like I was over paying. I probably could have taken my car somewhere else and probably saved a little. But because of the service and ease of doing business … I stayed loyal to this dealership. These past few years the competency of the service advisors has gone down and their customer service has diminished some. In the past the service advisor would do what he/she could do to keep the price down. Not so much anymore. To add insult to injury … the dealership started charging fees on credit card transactions.
