We were given a confirmed quote for a Honda Pilot through text message. The message the monthly payment amount for the vehicle but the vehicle was being built and we would need to wait until July. When we didn’t receive a call we drove to the dealership. The manager refused to honor the quote which was in writing stating “ things are a mess right now” I consider this to be completely fraudulent. This is my wife an I’s 4th Honda and with any luck our last. I have a car make/model/color I don’t want. Furthermore the manager asked to speak with me before I left. He was condescending and was not genuine. I expressed the car I was leasing was not the car I wanted and he kept repeating how his wife had the car and she loves it. I was a Honda fan, now not a fan at all. Miguel was fantastic, but this situation demonstrated that the Manager does not care about customer satisfaction. I understand this complaint will not amount to much and losing a customer every 3 years is no big loss to you, but I feel you should be aware. I look forward to returning my vehicles in 2.5 years! More
