Terrible service. No communication with me. 1 1/2 hr service finished in 9 hours. I dropped the car off early so, as your scheduler said it could get in right away. At 4pm I had to call in to check on service finished in 9 hours. I dropped the car off early so, as your scheduler said it could get in right away. At 4pm I had to call in to check on the progress of the repair. At 5 pm I received a call that it was ready for pick up. I could not get there at that time. I picked up the car the next day. No apologies. The child seat in the back seat was removed and not re-installed. All in all, not a good experience for me. More

I missed my truck a little, but I’m not that sentimental. Now all four tires are new, and all the fluids too. The crew down there at Honda did all that they should do. They even washed my filthy truck, it turned from brown to black. The next time I need service I’ll certainly be back. But the most important thing to me, even if you scoff. Is that the blasted service light is finally turned off. More
