Not a place to buy a used car. 170pt inspection is pencil whipped. Everything was supposed to be good. Took vehicle for test drive seemed to be alright. Bought the 2018 Buick encla 170pt inspection is pencil whipped. Everything was supposed to be good. Took vehicle for test drive seemed to be alright. Bought the 2018 Buick enclave. on the way home i put it in AWD and noticed a loud whining noise from the rear end. After taking it out of AWD the noise came off that instance. Also the transmission shutter at takeoff some of the time. Israel said he would call the next morning to see how we liked the car. He called the next morning we wanted to bring it back. He said the best that would happen is that we would lose our trade in and lose the state tax we paid. We paid cash for the car. They smile at you like they want to help but action speak louder than words. Ended up bringing the car to Cole Buick. Luckily had 7 days left on the warranty. Cost about 160 to change the transmission fluid. That fixed the shutter problem. The car was in the shop for 3 weeks for the rear end work. They replaced the rear end and two axles. Great service at Coles. Also the battery went out right after that. Lesson learned don't ever believe a used car salesmen. Have everything in writing. Take the car home for a day to get your own inspection done. So much for the 10 day buy back and we work with you. I had to act quick do all the work myself so I didn't be a 30000 leman. More
