I do apologize for the sales team's actions in talking about other customers, and I will talk to my boss about these concerns so that they can be addressed. We do tell our customers to expect to be here for at least an hour for an oil change. It should never greatly exceed that hour, but I don't want your expectations to be set at under an hour. We never want to make a customer feel pressured to buy a filter from us to have us install it, but we do believe in presenting all the findings from the multipoint inspection to the customer, and letting the customer know that we can replace that filter, and being completely transparent as to what our prices are to do so. We provide all options to our customers and let them decide on the best course of action for them. If there is anything else that I can help you, please let me know. Thank you!
