Super disappointed where it matters Service. Particularly Alex and Carlos who I experienced to be rude and impatient when I brought in my 2022 Compass for the 5th time for transmission replacem Particularly Alex and Carlos who I experienced to be rude and impatient when I brought in my 2022 Compass for the 5th time for transmission replacement with 17,000 miles. I am a doctor at Rush Medical Center and suddenly there are no loaners available and I was told by Alex two weeks ago to specifically reserve a loaner. This SUV is under warranty for this problem and I had been there 4 previous visits and the Compass still lurched at 14 MPH, guess how many times this happened during the Kennedy fiasco. I was misled and lied to by these folks. In plain language these guys suck and I wish I could give out ZERO STARS. I have purchased 3 Jeeps and this is the last time they will see my face.
